DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> enables patients and caregivers to accurately see inspiratory and expiratory flows. This information makes it more relevant to take medication and leads to a better patient care.<\/p><br\/><h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #00b15b\"><strong>DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>: towards a better asthma patients\u2019 adherence and management<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><br\/><p>For patients, DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> provides a digital support: it strengthens their motivation to use the inhalation chamber and guarantees its correct and efficient use. This device aims to respond to the lack of compliance in asthma patients by regularizing the monitoring and by improving the treatment intake.<\/p><br\/><h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #00b15b\"><strong>DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>: towards a better caregiver support for asthma patients<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><br\/><p>Coupled with an application, DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is an important data source for the medical profession. Thanks to the information provided by this tool, patients get a better support by caregivers.<\/p><br\/><p>DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> allows a precise and stable measurement of inspiratory and expiratory flows without disturbing either the amount of inhaled drug particles or their size.<\/p><br\/><h4><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #00b15b\"><strong>Another recognition for the DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> project, winner of the 2017 Galien Medstartup Prize<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><br\/><p>In October 2017, the DigitHal<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> project received two prestigious awards at<a href=\"https:\/\/medstartup.galienfoundation.org\/winners2017\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> the Galien Medstartup Prize ceremony in New York City<\/a>.
